We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless explicitly stated on the Site.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Flux Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, import fees, or brokerage fees for cross-border shipments (particularly for US customers) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5.4 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Flux Solutions is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
